33 years later, the Florida Commission on Offender Review listened to Garcia brothers' cases for parole Wednesday.
Pat Bliss and another attorney, Reginald Garcia, are fighting to exonerate Felix of a life sentence.
"What other cases do you have a seven hour alibi by two credible witnesses," Reginald said.
