Reggie Garcia has visited Sumter County Correctional Institution several times. He says usually people with Adams' history don't get out of prison work privileges.
"I'm shocked and we're looking at his DOC rap sheet that he had a minimum custody classification and that he was even allowed to be on a work crew frankly with six felony convictions," he said.
