10 News: Inmate work detail procedures under review

Monday started off as a normal day for Sumter County Work Camp inmates. The crew was working along State Road 54 in Lutz, when 27-year-old Jason Adams took off.

"We've all driven by and seen work crews," said Tallahassee attorney Reggie Garcia. "Apparently his story was, 'Can I go into the woods to use the restroom?'"
