CTV News: Canadian serving life in Florida prison seeks to serve his sentence in Canada

Reggie Garcia recently advocated on behalf of Canadian citizen Russell Davies, who is being held at Franklin CI, to Canada to serve the remainder of his sentence. The Florida Commission on Offender Review, while not transferring Mr. Davis to Canada, did take five years off of his sentence for good behavior.
